It was in 2020 the quick delivery concept started getting attention in Indian metros. It is poised to grow more and more in terms of customer base.  As per Business Standard Magazine, instant delivery market a.k.a quick commerce market is set to witness 15 times growth by 2025, with market size of nearly $5.5 bn.

These B2C systems are predominantly managed through mobile app based systems.  This is an external view into the agility aspects of these success stories from Information technology point of view.  As part of Agile India Network Monthly Sessions, we explored some of the good practices in an open session,
